DSEAR AND ATEX – HAZARDOUS AREA INSPECTION

DSEAR stands for the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002.

Employers must identify and classify areas of the workplace where explosive atmospheres may occur and avoid ignition sources (from unprotected equipment, for example) in those areas.

INICAL and our partners have particular expertise in the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment within hazardous areas.

We are available for new installations requiring initial verification and existing works requiring periodic inspection.
